Q: How do I log in to see my points?
A: 

Log in to your Tribe Rewards account using your linked MLB.com account. For step-by-step instructions on how to link your MLB.com account to your My Indians Tickets account, please click here.

Q: Can I share my Tribe Rewards points with others?
A: 

Yes. As the primary Season Ticket Holder, you can designate share partners and allocate points to them. If you share season tickets with others, all partners may join the Tribe Rewards program.

Please note - in order to log in to Tribe Rewards, partners must link their MLB.com account to their My Indians Tickets account. Step-by-step instructions for linking accounts can be found here.

To designate partners on your Tribe Rewards account, fill out the form under the "Partners" tile on the Home page of your account.

Q: How do ticket partners log in to Tribe Rewards?
A: 

Once a Ticket Partner has been designated through your Tribe Rewards account, you will receive an automated confirmation email, which you will want to forward to your partner. This email will include instructions on how your partner will log-in and get started. To log in to Tribe Rewards, the ticket partner must link their MLB.com account with their My Indians Tickets account. Step-by-step instructions for linking accounts can be found here.

Q: Do points roll over?
A: 

We encourage you to use your points throughout the year, as any unused points will not roll over into next season. The Tribe Rewards website will be open until Tuesday, October 2nd, 2018, at 5:00PM EST, which is the last day to use your points. Merchandise will be available while supplies last.

Q: Will items and experiences be added to the site throughout the year?
A: 

Yes. Items will be added to the website periodically throughout the season.

Monthly gameday experiences will go live at 10AM EST on the 15th of the month prior to the scheduled game date. For example, if you are looking to take part in a Radio Booth Experience on June 20th, 2018, the experience will be added to the site on May 15th, at 10AM EST under the "Experiences" tile.

Q: Where do I enter an Away Game Code?

Heard an Away Game Code on the radio or TV? Click on the "Bonus Codes" tile on the home page or click here to enter the code!

Please note: Away Game Codes may be entered up until 11:59PM EST the day after the code is read.

Q: Am I able to pick up my order?
A: 

All item orders placed through the Tribe Rewards website will be shipped via FedEx to your preferred address.

Q: I want to cancel/change my rewards order, is that possible?
A: 

We encourage you to review your transactions prior to checking out as all transactions are final. If there is an emergency, contact your Season Ticket Specialist immediately by calling 216-420-HITS or email us at triberewards@indians.com.

Q: How do I earn Tribe Rewards points?
A: 

As a Season Ticket Holder, you're already earning points! We've set up an account for you and are holding Tribe Rewards points in your name. The majority of your points are based on a combination of your plan and tenure. You may earn additional bonus points through attending home games, entering away game bonus codes, buying Indians merchandise, and more!

Q: How do I receive points for single game purchases?
A: 

In order to receive points for single game purchases, you must purchase tickets at Indians.com using your My Indians Tickets account, or through the mobile ticket purchasing option in the Ballpark App. You may also purchase tickets over the phone with a season ticket representative. Single game tickets, including tickets purchased during any presales, do not earn attendance points, as only season tickets scanned into the ballpark will.

Please note that Postseason and Group ticket purchases are not eligible to receive Tribe Rewards points.

Q: How do I earn bonus points?
A: 

In 2018, bonus points will be awarded for attending home games, using the Ballpark app to scan tickets, buying additional single game tickets, entering Away Game Bonus Codes, connecting with the Tribe on social media, and by making merchandise purchases at the Team Shop in Progressive Field.

Q: Do STHs receive a discount at the Progressive Field Team Shop?
A: 

All Season Ticket Holders are eligible to receive a 20% discount at in-park merchandise stands, along with the Progressive Field Team Shop. Season Ticket Holders must mention their account ID or present their ticket/seat locator to Team Shop employees in order to receive the discount. Registered Tribe Rewards Partners of Season Ticket Holders are also eligible for the discount by mentioning their primary Season Ticket Holder’s account ID or presenting their ticket/seat locator.

Q: Can the cost of items or experiences change throughout the season?
A: 

Yes. Although very rare, we do reserve the right to change point pricing for items and experiences, based on demand throughout the season.
