Q: How do I log into my Guardians Membership Benefits account?

You can log in using your MLB.com information associated with your Guardians ticket account.
Q: Do points rollover to the 2022 season?
A: 
All points can be used for the 2022 season only and will expire on Friday, October 14th, 2022 at 5P.M. EST.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: 
Points are based off your account tenure and amount of seats.
Q: Do I earn additional points throughout the season?
A: 
All points will be provided prior to the start of the season and is based on your seating location and amount of seats.
Q: Will new raffles be added to the website?
A: 
Yes, new raffles will be added throughout the season.
Q: When do experiences go live?
A: 
Experiences and much more will be added to the site on the 15th of the month prior to the date of the experience
Q: Does Exchange Priority exist for rainouts?
A: 

No, Exchange Priority is only valid before ticket management is turned on for all Season Ticket Accounts.

Q: Does the entire Exchange Savings need to be used in one transaction?
A: 

No, Season Ticket Members are able to use their Exchange Savings credit throughout the season as they complete exchanges until the credit amount runs out. Exchange Savings still on the account at the end of the 2022 regular season will expire.

Q: Can I use my Exchange Savings credit on food and beverage or Team Shop purchases?
A: 

The Exchange Credit is intended for exchanges only. It cannot be applied toward purchases in the Team Shop, at concession stands, or renewals.

Q: Does Loaded Value or Stored Value transfer if I exchange my season tickets?
A: 

NEW for this season, Loaded Value will transfer to the tickets you choose when you complete an exchange. Stored Value will be applied to a Member’s Ballpark App and is available for you to use at any time, but does not transfer when you exchange or forward tickets..

Q: Can Stored Value be rolled over, or does it expire at the end of the season?
A: 

Any benefits offered for the 2022 season are only eligible for the 2022 regular season. Stored value will expire at the end of the regular season and is not eligible to be rolled over.

Q: Can I use my Loaded Value or % discount when mobile ordering?
A: 

Currently, mobile ordering is not able to accommodate LV or other food and beverage discounts. We will continue working with all parties involved to make sure that in future seasons this becomes available.

Q: Are my partners able to use any of these discounts?
A: 

Partners will be eligible to use Loaded Value and food and beverage % discounts.

Q: Can I use my additional ticket savings on Opening Day or postseason tickets?
A: 

Any benefits offered for the 2022 season are only eligible for the 2022 regular season, and therefore the additional ticket savings only apply to the purchase of tickets to regular season games.

Q: Can I upgrade or exchange my vouchers?
A: 
Vouchers are a complementary ticket, and therefore are not assigned a dollar amount to apply toward exchanges or upgrades. The voucher will not be eligible for upgrades or exchanges.
Q: Is there a resale policy on vouchers or additional tickets purchased with the ticket savings discount?
A: 

Additional cost saving benefits extended to Season Ticket Members through a Season Ticket Membership are not eligible for resell. Tickets found in violation of this policy will be revoked and the benefit is potentially subject to removal.

Q: What are Lifestyle Benefits?
A: 

Food and Beverage offers that are unique to you and sent directly to your account to enhance your Season Ticket Member experience. Offers will be delivered within your Ballpark app and are subject to expiration dates, terms and agreements.

Q: If I do not like a benefit I selected in the offseason, will I be able to switch it during the season?
A: 

Once benefits are selected by the Season Ticket Member, they are not able to be switched. The deadline to select benefits for the 2022 season was January 19th, 2022. After the deadline, accounts were placed into default, predetermined benefits if no selection was made.

Q: Do STHs receive a discount at the Progressive Field Team Shop?
A: 

All Season Ticket Holders are eligible to receive a 20% discount at in-park merchandise stands, along with the Progressive Field Team Shop. Season Ticket Holders must mention their account ID or present their ticket to Team Shop employees in order to receive the discount. Registered Tribe Rewards partners of Season Ticket Holders are also eligible for the discount by mentioning their primary Season Ticket Holder’s account ID or presenting their ticket.
