Q: How do I log in to see my points?
A: 

Log in to your Tribe Rewards account using your linked MLB.com account, which is the same same account you use to access your tickets.

Q: Can I share my Tribe Rewards points with others?
A: 

As we operate under a limited capacity during home games at Progressive Field, Tribe Rewards partners and the transferring of any Tribe Rewards points will be paused. Once we return to 100% capacity at the ballpark, you will be able to add partners to your account and transfer points to your ticket partners.

Q: How do ticket partners log in to Tribe Rewards?
A:

Q: Do points roll over?
A: 

We encourage you to use your points throughout the year, as any unused points will not roll over into next season. The Tribe Rewards website will be open until Friday, October 8, 2021, at 5:00PM EST, which is the last day to use your points. Merchandise will be available while supplies last.

Q: Will items and experiences be added to the site throughout the year?
A: 

Yes. Items will be added to the website periodically throughout the season.

Monthly gameday experiences will go live at 10AM EST on the 15th of the month prior to the scheduled game date. For example, if you are looking to take part in holding the OHIO Letters on May 8, 2021, the experience will be added to the site on April 15, 2021 at 10AM EST under the "Experiences" tile.

Q: Where do I enter an away game code?

Did you hear an away game code on the radio or TV? Click on the "Bonus Codes" tile on the home page or click here to enter the code!

Please note: Away game codes may be entered up until 11:59PM EST the day after the code is read.

Q: How is my order shipped?
A: 
Tribe Rewards orders are shipped to you, via FedEx Ground® Economy. During checkout, please make sure to confirm your phone number and address before attempting to submit your order. For more information on FedEx Ground® Economy, please click here.
Q: Am I able to pick up my order?
A: 

All items ordered through the Tribe Rewards website will be shipped via FedEx to your preferred address.

Q: I want to cancel/change my rewards order, is that possible?
A: 

We encourage you to review your transactions prior to checking out as all transactions are final. If there is an emergency, contact your Season Ticket Service Representative immediately by calling 216-420-HITS or email us at triberewards@indians.com.

Q: How do I earn Tribe Rewards points?
A: 

As a Season Ticket Holder, you're already earning points! We've set up an account for you and are holding Tribe Rewards points in your name. The majority of your points are based on a combination of your plan and tenure. You may earn additional bonus points through attending home games, entering away game bonus codes, buying Indians merchandise and more!

Q: How do I receive points for additional ticket purchases?
A: 

In order to receive points for single-game, Suite/Group or TribeTown MVP purchases, you must purchase tickets at Indians.com using your My Indians Tickets account, or through the mobile ticket purchasing option in the Ballpark App. You may also purchase tickets over the phone with a Season Ticket Representative. Single-game and Suite/Group tickets, including tickets purchased during any presales, do not earn attendance points, as only season tickets scanned into the ballpark will. To receive points for TribeTown MVP purchases, you will need to purchase the membership through www.indians.com/tribetownmvps using your My Indians Tickets account login.

Please note that Postseason ticket purchases are not eligible to receive Tribe Rewards points.

Q: How do I earn bonus points?
A: 

For the 2021 season, bonus points will be awarded for attending home games by using the Ballpark app to scan tickets, buying additional single game tickets, entering away game bonus codes and by making merchandise purchases at the Team Shop and merchandise stands at Progressive Field. You will also be awarded for Group and Suite purchases, as well as TribeTown MVP membership purchases.

Q: Do STHs receive a discount at the Progressive Field Team Shop?
A: 

All Season Ticket Holders are eligible to receive a 20% discount at in-park merchandise stands, along with the Progressive Field Team Shop. Season Ticket Holders must mention their account ID or present their ticket to Team Shop employees in order to receive the discount. Registered Tribe Rewards partners of Season Ticket Holders are also eligible for the discount by mentioning their primary Season Ticket Holder’s account ID or presenting their ticket.

Q: Can the cost of items or experiences change throughout the season?
A: 

Yes. The Cleveland Indians reserve the right to change point pricing for items and experiences, based on demand throughout the season.
